3. What You Are Purchasing

When you complete a purchase on MagicBounds, you are buying a digital product: a personalised children's book delivered as a downloadable PDF file. Each book is uniquely generated for your child based on the details you provide.

• Digital PDF books are available for download after generation completes (typically within 10–20 minutes).
• Your purchase gives you access to the generated digital file in your account and via email delivery.
• Books are for personal, non-commercial use only.

1. About MagicBounds

MagicBounds is an AI-powered platform that generates personalised digital children's books in PDF format based on information you provide about your child. We are operated as an independent digital product business.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. AI-Generated Content

All stories, illustrations, and book content on this platform are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that every generated story will meet your expectations perfectly. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections or creative interpretations different from what you imagined.

5. Child Data You Provide

To generate a personalised book, you provide details about your child (name, age, interests, and optionally a photo). You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose information you submit, and that you have the right to provide this information.

We use child information solely for the purpose of generating the requested book. We do not sell, share, or use child data for advertising or any other purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase and payment, you receive a personal license to use, print, and share your generated book for personal non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the generated content commercially. The MagicBounds platform, brand, software, and generation technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on this platform. When you purchase from MagicBounds, your payment is processed by Paddle, and you will see Paddle on your bank statement. Paddle's terms of service apply in addition to these terms.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Generating content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children
• Submitting false or misleading information about a child
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform or AI outputs at scale
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

MagicBounds is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent order.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
