Refund Policy

Digital PDF Books

Each digital book is generated specifically for your child and delivered as a personalised PDF. Because of this bespoke nature, we generally do not offer refunds once generation is complete and the file has been delivered.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• The book was never generated due to a technical failure on our side
• The generated book is severely defective, such as missing pages, corrupted file, or unreadable content
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The content generated is completely unrelated to the details you provided

Printed Copy Add-on

For optional print add-on orders fulfilled by our print partner, we will replace or refund if:

• The book arrives damaged or with a printing defect
• The order is lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days
• The wrong book was printed (not matching the personalization you ordered)

We do not accept returns of personalised printed books simply because you changed your mind, as each copy is printed specifically for your order.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
